WAITING LIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Waiting List Terms & Conditions (“Waiting List Terms”) apply to the waiting list for the WideluxX™ camera and related products offered through the online shop at https://shop.wideluxx.com by SilverBridges GmbH, Soonwaldstraße 21, 55494 Rheinböllen, Germany, registered in the commercial register of the local court Bad Kreuznach under HRB 24214 (“SilverBridges,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting the waiting list form, you agree to these Waiting List Terms.
1. Purpose of the Waiting List
The waiting list allows interested customers to receive information about future availability of the WideluxX™ camera and related products.
Joining the waiting list does not constitute a preorder, reservation, purchase contract, or guarantee of product availability.
No product is reserved for you by joining the waiting list, and no obligation to purchase is created.
2. No Guarantee of Availability or Invitation
The WideluxX™ camera is produced in limited quantities. Due to limited production capacity and product availability, not all waiting list participants may receive an opportunity to purchase.
SilverBridges may determine invitation timing, eligibility, ordering windows, and allocation of available units at its own discretion.
Joining the waiting list does not guarantee that you will be invited to place an order, that you will receive priority over other customers, or that a product will be available in your country or region.
3. Product Information May Change
Any product information provided before an order is placed is preliminary and may change.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- product specifications;
- materials, finishes, or design details;
- pricing;
- taxes and duties;
- shipping costs;
- available countries or regions;
- delivery estimates;
- production timing;
- warranty and repair terms;
- included accessories or packaging.
Only the information shown at the time of checkout and in the applicable purchase terms will apply to an actual order.
4. Waiting List Communications
By joining the waiting list, you request to receive communications related to the WideluxX™ waiting list, product availability, preorder or order opportunities, timing updates, and related administrative notices.
These communications are necessary to manage the waiting list and respond to your request.
If you separately consent to receive marketing emails, we may also send you newsletters, product news, promotional messages, or other marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when joining the waiting list.
SilverBridges is not responsible if you do not receive communications because the information you provided was incorrect, incomplete, outdated, blocked, filtered, or otherwise unavailable.
You are responsible for ensuring that emails from SilverBridges or its email service providers can reach your inbox.
6. Duplicate, Automated, or Suspicious Entries
SilverBridges may review waiting list entries and may remove, reject, or deprioritize entries that appear to be:
- duplicate entries;
- incomplete or inaccurate entries;
- automated or bot-generated submissions;
- submitted for resale, abuse, fraud, or circumvention purposes;
- submitted with false or misleading information;
- otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the waiting list.
SilverBridges may make these determinations at its own discretion.
7. Ordering Opportunity
If you receive an invitation to place an order, the invitation may be limited in time, quantity, country, region, payment method, or other conditions.
Receiving an invitation does not guarantee that the product will remain available until you complete checkout.
A binding purchase contract is formed only if and when an order is placed through the online shop and accepted under the applicable General Terms and Conditions of sale.
8. No Transfer or Resale of Waiting List Position
Any waiting list position, invitation, ordering opportunity, or related communication is personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged.
SilverBridges may cancel or refuse any order attempt that appears to involve transfer, resale, circumvention, or misuse of a waiting list invitation.
9. Removal from the Waiting List
You may unsubscribe from waiting list communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at waitinglist@wideluxx.com.
SilverBridges may also remove you from the waiting list if we determine that your entry violates these Waiting List Terms or is otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the waiting list.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data submitted through the waiting list form to manage the waiting list, communicate with participants, provide availability updates, and, where applicable, send marketing communications based on your consent.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://wideluxx.com/privacy-policy.
Depending on the form used, this may include your name, email address, country or region, language preference, and other information you voluntarily provide.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SilverBridges is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, missed opportunity, or other claim arising from or related to:
- joining or not joining the waiting list;
- not receiving an invitation to order;
- receiving an invitation later than another participant;
- email delivery failures, spam filtering, or incorrect contact information;
- changes to product availability, pricing, specifications, timing, or delivery estimates;
- removal, rejection, or deprioritization of a waiting list entry.
Nothing in these Waiting List Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory rights.
12. Changes to These Waiting List Terms
SilverBridges may update these Waiting List Terms from time to time.
The version in effect when you submit the waiting list form will apply to your waiting list submission, unless an updated version is required by law or is clearly communicated to you.
13. Governing Law
These Waiting List Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer and reside outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required by law.
